Join our team:


Our Commercial Systems and Operations Marketing team is responsible for developing market-leading mobility management services, building our Mid-Market and Enterprise sales technology roadmap, and supporting ongoing wireless pricing and contracting operations. Our team has accountability to support business across mobility, IoT, and fixed services.


Reporting to the Manager of the Commercial Sales Technology team, we are searching for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for defining the contract management systems roadmap for our B2B mid-market and enterprise customers.

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle:


  • You are a quick learner and is skilled at representing user needs and documenting business requirements
  • You excel at making suggestions to improve productivity and reduce costs
  • You enjoy hands-on work that includes defining a vision and seeing it through
  • You are a strong storyteller, and are able to communicate complex, detailed concepts widely to different audiences in a concise, compelling manner both verbally and in writing and skilled at Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
  • You are great at documenting business issues and opportunities against current state and/or in support of the recommended strategy and alternatives
  • You enjoy working cross-functional teams and contributing to product and system roadmaps based on data driven analysis
  • You are a results oriented individual who is curious, resilient and constantly asking questions with a “can do” attitude
  • You enjoy prioritizing product and/or system features and capabilities to build a product roadmap




  • Business or technical educational background
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Work experience in product management, strategy or technology
  • B2B experience particularly in the Mid-Market or Enterprise segments would be considered an asset
