The Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) Pricing Team sits within Consumer Marketing, driving profitable mobility growth through strategic partnerships with Canada's leading employers. You'll expand our EPP footprint by crafting innovative pricing strategies that attract new customers and deliver measurable business impact.

 

What you'll do

 

  • Design and implement acquisition offers and pricing strategies for EPP partners that drive profitable mobility growth
  • Analyze competitive pricing landscape and make strategic decisions on whether to match, beat, or differentiate from competitor offers
  • Develop customized rate plans, device pricing, and promotional offers tailored to customer segment needs and market dynamics
  • Evaluate partner performance data and pricing effectiveness to optimize offer portfolios and maximize acquisition results
  • Lead pricing approvals and governance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with profitability targets
  • Build data-driven recommendations and compelling narratives to communicate pricing strategies and outcomes to senior leadership

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, product management, or marketing roles with a track record of driving profitable business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, competitive intelligence, and market trends into actionable pricing strategies
  • Exceptional attention to detail in pricing execution, ensuring accuracy across rate plans, offers, and promotional programs
  • Ownership mindset and can-do attitude, taking full accountability for results and driving initiatives from concept to completion
  • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution capabilities to balance long-term pricing strategy with immediate market needs
  • Collaborative approach with experience partnering across functions including sales, finance, marketing, and operations
  • Excellent communication skills to distill complex pricing concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline

 

 

Salary Range:  $100,000-$150,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
