As part of the broader Product & Customer Experience portfolio, the SMB Channel Experience Development team’s mandate is to design & develop tools and processes to facilitate simple ordering experiences for frontline facing sales channels. We work cross functionally to build best-in-class experiences while ensuring a positive customer experience. Our team supports the product spectrum across both wireless and wireline.

 

What We’ll Accomplish:

 


We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to drive our SMB wireline ordering roadmap forward. In this role, you will own the system delivery of a simplified wireline ordering experience for all sales reps selling SMB wireline products across all sales channels. Your goal is to ensure we leverage the technology, advance system capabilities while driving the strategy to remove ordering experience friction and bringing closure to issues impacting it. You will develop your talents in structured problem solving, project and product management, cross functional teamwork and powerful communications. All you have to do is bring your passion, your great attitude, and grit.

Great to have:

 

  • Business or technical educational background (e.g. IT, engineering)
  • 5+ years of progressive and relevant work experience in product management or project management
  • Managing vendor relationships
  • Prior experience in telecommunications
  • B2B experience - particularly in the small and/or medium business segments

Salary Range:  $86,000-$136,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
