The TBS Post acquisition integration team works alongside our Mergers & Acquisitions team focused on driving the successful integration of our acquisitions into TBS to ensure we maximize the expertise and capabilities of the acquisitions we make to drive new inorganic growth into our Business.  

 

Our Team is responsible for synergy planning and execution efforts, reinventing the future for TBS through the thoughtful integration of products, people and processes and as we grow, we’re seeking team members who get excited about making meaningful change and delivering new and state of the art Products and Services.

Your mandate will be to help build and execute on robust integration plans to ensure smooth organizational alignment through pre-deal to post integration stages.

  • Lead and manage integration and divestiture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Lead development of project plans, including identifying key milestones, resources, and risks
  • Monitor and track program activities and progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan
  • Use your ability to perform an appropriate level of assessment to recommend solutions; make sound decisions based on tangible data and analysis, experience and judgment
  • Serve as key interlock and contact between the various TBS business units and channels and the acquired companies
  • Develop new processes, procedures and GTM strategies to unlock the acquired companies and TBS channels and enable cross-selling synergies across various markets and customer groups
  • Enable system and tool enhancements to create a seamless integrated value chain and customer experience
  • Support program tracking and reporting requirements and weekly operational reviews with senior sales leaders across all the acquired companies
  • Pull and analyze data and apply business knowledge to derive & summarize critical insights feedback and recommendations
  • Champion our TELUS culture and values with new TELUS team members

  • You are a passionate problem solver: You have the ability to dig into a problem, conduct targeted analysis, build recommendations and dive into the business to implement those recommendations
  • You are a change agent; you are always looking for way to improve processes or outcomes to better our internal or external customer experience and are naturally compelled to challenge the norm, seek a deeper insight, and understand key business drivers
  • You have the ability to react quickly and take advantage of changing business conditions
  • You are a decision maker/problem solver: You have experience assessing impacts and trends of potential pain points and propose feasible solutions and you have excellent analytical/business modelling skills and enjoy taking on complex challenges
  • You have strong data management skills: You naturally look for patterns and analyze results, using the data effectively to make meaningful improvements
  • You have good technical and analytical proficiency. You may not be a programmer, but you’re able to get deep into various tools like various CRM and Salesforce instances, Google Suite, Tableau, etc. to help simplify and automate work
  • You are known for collaboration and relationships: Someone that works well in cross functional teams and builds trust easily
  • You are constantly curious: You are inquisitive by nature, unafraid to try different approaches to solve a problem and leverage best practices from other teams

 

Great-to-haves 

 

We are especially motivated to connect with individuals with one or more of the following:

 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in TELUS B2B teams working in strategy, enablement, sales or marketing domains
  • Experience working in a matrix structure to deliver end-to-end success
  • Strong research, analytics, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Self-starter who takes ownership

 

 

Salary Range:  $94,000-$140,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
