Description

Ready to drive strategic partnerships that transform how we deliver value to customers?

Our team and what we’ll accomplish together

Join our Partner Success team at the forefront of building strategic relationships that drive mutual growth and innovation. As Senior Program Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to key partners, orchestrating quarterly business reviews, tracking critical initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across organizations.

You'll shape partnership strategies, influence executive stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes through effective program governance. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional value to customers through our partner ecosystem.

This role offers significant organizational visibility, regular travel for face-to-face partner engagements, and the opportunity to work in a bilingual environment serving Canada's diverse market.

Here’s how

Partnership Leadership

  • Lead quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and align on priorities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner executives through consistent communication in English and French
  • Facilitate face-to-face meetings with partners across Canada to strengthen relationships and resolve complex issues

Program Management & Governance

  • Manage comprehensive action trackers ensuring accountability and timely execution of partner commitments
  • Drive program governance by establishing clear processes, metrics, and reporting mechanisms
  • Coordinate escalation management as primary point of contact for partner concerns

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, operations, product, and finance teams to coordinate partner-facing initiatives and remove roadblocks
  • Analyze partnership performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Create executive-level presentations synthesizing complex program status and achievements

Strategic Support

  • Support contract renewals and expansion by providing program performance insights
  • Partner with commercial teams on value articulation
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in program management, partner management, or strategic account management
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with ability to drive results through influence
  • Strong relationship management skills with experience conducting executive-level business reviews and presentations
  • Expertise in program governance, including action tracking, risk management, and performance reporting
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal) to effectively serve partners across Canada
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
  • Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 25-30%) for face-to-face partner meetings and events
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and collaboration platforms
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and build consensus

Great-to-Haves

  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, or professional services industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
