We're looking for a strategic and high-performing program manager who is an expert at leading, planning and executing cross-functional programs and identifying opportunities to enable team member skill development. The Channel Strategic Programs & Enablement team is the Project Management Center of Excellence for enabling the learning programs, systems & processes that ensure TELUS and Koodo Sales Reps & Support teams are best in class.

 

Who you are:

 

Through innovative solutions and expert project planning, you will consult with Operational teams to ensure that our salesforce is equipped to provide world-class customer service to TELUS & Koodo customers. You’re a clear and influential communicator and relationship builder who can see the ‘big picture’, simplify the complex and lead your colleagues, diverse groups of stakeholders and yourself to goals and outcomes.

 

You have an eye for automation and efficiency with a data-driven and target approach to program and design outcomes. You will be critical in evolving the planning, measurements, & insights strategy within Channel People Enablement to deliver high-impact and measurable results.

Here is some of what you’ll do:

 

  • Identify, assess, & implement innovative programs that have measurable impacts to the overall skill development and adoption of TELUS' salesforce
  • Manage large-scale, cross-functional and complex projects that will have an impact across our sales channels
  • Grow the Training Project Management Centre of Excellence with automation and support tools to produce positive measurable training outcomes
  • Drive the Channel Training Enablement Project intake funnel and manage enablement & measurement planning and execution across a variety of learning programs
  • Develop, implement, & drive an automated Channel Training roadmap
  • Establish & Maintain governance of all learning programs and their integration into the end-to-end learning life cycle of Sales Reps and support teams

  • You have expert-level communication and presentation skills with ability to prepare & deliver executive-level presentations based on data & insights
  • You can demonstrate experience in effective People Change Management

Great-to-haves

 

  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles as it relates to digital learning
  • Working knowledge of SAP Success Factors Learning
