●    Build and maintain project documentation that tells a coherent story from vision to execution, enabling any stakeholder to quickly understand context and progress

Change Management

●    Use your change management skills and experience to prepare end-users for new technology, working in partnership with training, communications and marketing teams
●    Partner with GTM teams (Marketing, Training, UI/UX) to create comprehensive project/product launch strategies that drive user adoption
●    Leverage your stellar communication & negotiation skills to achieve buy-in and alignment on project strategy and execution approach

Story-telling & Presentation skills

●    Transform complex technical concepts into compelling narratives and visual presentations that resonate with diverse audiences, from end-users to executives
●    Crafting and delivering clear, concise and creative executive-level presentations, leveraging your extensive experience presenting complex initiatives to Director+ audiences; proven ability to tailor communication and create creative content that resonates with diverse senior leadership stakeholders
●    Design and deliver visually striking presentations that guide audiences through project journeys, ensuring key messages are memorable and impactful
●    Transform technical concepts and project milestones into visually appealing and easily digestible content that drives understanding and alignment across all organizational levels

Qualifications

●    Degree in Business or Technology
●    Project Management Certification (PMP, PgMP, etc.), MBA or advanced degree in related field
●    5+ years of related experience in project/initiative management
●    Noted for your ability to understand technology changes, system enhancements and effectiveness in communicating technical terms to business audiences
●    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with expertise in preparing creative & engaging PowerPoint or Google presentations for executive-level audiences
●    Experience in change management and facilitating end-user adoption through proper go-to-market readiness
●    Ability to effectively engage stakeholders to establish cross functional alignment for projects
●    Exceptional analytical skills with abilities to conduct thorough root cause and fit-gap analysis
