- Do you have a passion for new technology (AI, GenAI, RPA etc.) and a good awareness of systems used in TELUS Health Contact Centers, Sales, Field and Marketing processes. Are you led by your curiosity, you make time to learn about new trends in technology, the telecom industry, and business practices?
- You are known for working collaboratively and building relationships across teams, innovative thinking, strong business case development and solid project execution skills
- You have a proven ability to work in a complex environment that includes external partners, technical, sales, marketing, and operations team
- The Intelligent Automation CoE team works closely with the Product, Marketing, Sales and Contact Centre teams to collectively deliver on the transformation of the client and agent digital experience
- This team drives successful project implementation through end-to-end process transformation and automation varying in size and complexity, leveraging different technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Focused primarily on AI and RPA, the team provides support for identifying business challenges and implementing the solutions
- The successful candidate will be focusing on the TBS portfolio to enable infusion of AI components to aid these departments in reducing manual intervention in their processes
What you’ll do:
- Provide project management expertise, lead projects, develop roadmaps, interact with technical subject matter experts and implement new platform capabilities in collaboration with other cross-functional stakeholders and/or vendors
- Use extensive knowledge of business and management principles, manage and prioritize multiple project streams or multiple projects, overseeing all aspects of project planning, governance, budgeting and implementation
- Partner with the impacted technology and enablement teams to drive stakeholder value through a variety of deployment methodologies (TELUS Digital Experience, AI Accelerator, Health CIO, CTE)
- Provide strategic analysis to transform data into actionable outcomes and deliver key insights that support the decision making processes and project outcomes
- Motivate project team members to deliver quality results on time and on budget, and coach/mentor others for success
- Assist in the development and implementation of a world class innovative and inspirational culture and continuous improvement through automation
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Previous TBS experience and preferably knowledge of SFDC and other sales tools and systems used at TELUS
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to operate at intersections – of big ideas and small details, of thinking and doing, of looking both inside-out and outside-in
- Superior ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- English both verbal and written is required for this opportunity
Great-to-haves
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Management or equivalent designation/experience
- PMP Certification is an asset
- Agile/RPA/Lean Six Sigma training/certification and/or CTE knowledge/experience 7+ years of experience in project management or analyst role
