What you will do
- Manage and lead large project(s) to migrate TELUS legacy customers into Service-NOW. Includes Mid-Market and Enterprise projects with high risk, complexity and business impact. Managing projects according to standard project methodology is your passion:
- Apply the following duties independently and with mastery:
- Manage all aspects of the project
- Manager related projects, or a portion of an Enterprise project over the entire life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
- Define project scope and objectives, secure appropriate resources, develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project, group of related projects, or a portion of an Enterprise project
- Manage project financials
- Ensure control of project: dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and change
- Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards
- Communicate project details effectively
- Coach and mentor team members in latest project/program management methodologies (could include Lean six sigma, lean redesign, Own.it, etc.)

Qualifications
Professional accreditation and experience
1. Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing all phases of complex projects including complex cross-functional process improvement projects
2. University Degree and PMP designation
3. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & Own.it certifications, or equivalent designation
