As Senior Project Manager, Supply Operations, you will leverage your exceptional leadership capabilities and project management expertise to plan and lead a series of business transformation initiatives associated with TELUS Future Friendly Home (FFH) products, in support of improved reliability and return on investment.   At your core is your ability to lead multiple projects, initiate change, drive process improvement and proactively manage project risks.  Reporting to the Director, Reverse Logistics & Fleet Management, you will lead a cross functional virtual team of TELUS technical and operations experts, spanning Product Management, Technology Development, Customer Service Delivery, and IT, plus external suppliers.

Here’s how


  • Plan and structure the FFH Lifecycle delivery program
  • Mobilize and lead a cross-functional virtual team, address resource gaps
  • Define budgets, secure funding as required
  • Build project schedule
  • Establish and manage communications, governance, change management, and risk mitigation
  • Manage the program to successful delivery
  • Lead and deliver the transformation program, meeting time, cost and scope targets
  • Engage the team in continuous improvement, including the use of Lean Six Sigma, to review end-to-end processes and drive out inefficient work processes

What you bring


  • Track record of project management and process improvement in leading multiple simultaneous complex initiatives
  • Thorough knowledge of Project management concepts and best practices
  • A passion for customers and improving customer experience
  • Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills, including conveying complex concepts or data in a simple, easy to understand manner to all levels
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to forge strong partnerships throughout the organization and influence leaders and teams without direct authority
  • Business and financial acumen with experience in creating and managing business cases.
  • Degree in Engineering, Business or Computer Science
  • 5 years + relevant experience, including managing large projects, preferably in a Network technology environment

  • PMP Certification 
  • MBA
