As a Toronto-based Senior Project Manager on the Strategy & Programs team, you will be responsible for planning and executing on our Ontario clinic roadmaps across all domains: process, facility, clinical, system roll-out and new service introduction. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the entire TELUS Health team.
What you’ll do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities across process, facilities, clinical, system roll-outs and new service introduction
- Develop strong relationships with clinics you support to advocate for their needs
- Lead and execute on multiple projects concurrently, translating clinic needs into actionable plans and driving execution and delivery
- Leverage stellar communication & negotiation skills to achieve buy-in and alignment on project strategy and execution approach
- Ensure stakeholder groups are consistently informed of status and direction
- Implement effective change management strategies ensuring smooth transitions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and report on key metrics to leadership
Qualifications
What you bring
- 7 - 10 years of equivalent experience
- Proven track record in managing many competing priorities and projects
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leveraging exceptional organization and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Expertise in change management and process optimization
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- A willingness to be a team player
- Strong self-starter with proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments
- Project management methodologies, principles and practices
- University degree or equivalent experience
Great-to-haves
- PMP and use of project management tools
- Six sigma and other business process improvement methodologies
- Understanding of physical and virtual healthcare services and delivery
- Bilingualism in English and French
