As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of a high-profile portfolio and report to the Manager, Project Management Office. You will manage project(s) with moderate to high risk, complexity and business impact.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Independently manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for SMB Systems projects (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
  • Define project scope and objectives, secure appropriate resources, develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project
  • Coordinate activities, priorities and timelines across a range of projects ensuring interlock across multiple teams
  • Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, risks, and bottlenecks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes
  • Ensure all project changes are documented, reviewed, and communicated effectively to all stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, timelines, and updates
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and key milestones
  • Develop relationships across the organization while contributing to a collaborative and trusting work environment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the implementation of new change to enhance efficiency and scalability of the PMO and End to End Fulfillment Systems Team
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  • Lead by example and promote best practices for project management across the team

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in project management methodologies, principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively with various levels of management and cross functional teams
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders, meet tight deadlines, and tolerate ambiguity
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Grit, drive for success, and a commitment to delivering promised outcomes

 

Great-to-haves:

 

  • University degree and/or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Bilingual (English/French)

 

 

Salary Range:  $95,000-$143,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
