The CRM Team manages two robust Salesforce platforms that serve over 2000 end users across TELUS Health's Sales and Service environments. These platforms are critical in driving customer relationship management, streamlining business processes, and enabling data-driven decision making. Working closely with the Strategy team, we architect and implement innovative technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value to our partners.
Our team plays a pivotal role in digital transformation initiatives, focusing on optimizing Salesforce capabilities to meet evolving business needs. Through strategic implementation and continuous improvement of CRM solutions, we enable our business partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maximizing operational effectiveness.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, test, document and deploy high quality and scalable business solutions on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
- Work with key stakeholders to define and manage functional Salesforce system requirements.
- Provide guidance and technical solutions to Business Analysts (BA's) and other team members.
- Collaborate with BA's, developers and QA to implement effective system changes.
- Collaborate with and provide mentorship to other BSAs to ensure end to end solutions are effective and impact is assessed.
- Manage weekly release / deployments of enhancements
- Manage salesforce data feeds, imports and other integrations
- Proactive system maintenance including release updates, health checks, optimization, refresh
What you bring
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge with 5+ years of experience
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Advanced Administration Certification
- CPQ Certification
- Skilled in configuration and automation tools
- Facilitation, negotiation, risk assessment and management skills
- Advanced skills with all automation tools including, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes
Great to haves
- Scrum Product Owner and/or Certified Scrum Master certification
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Jira
- Experience with demand tools
