The Consumer Marketing Organization (CMO) at TELUS is responsible for driving customer growth across our Mobility and Home Solutions businesses. Our teams define customer-centred value propositions, shape go-to-market strategies, and deliver data-driven marketing programs that accelerate acquisition, strengthen loyalty, and improve customer experiences nationwide.
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to support two Vice Presidents across Mobility and Home Solutions Growth Marketing portfolios. These teams work closely together as many of our products, strategies, and customer experiences increasingly converge.
This role sits at the center of the organization, helping drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and leadership coordination across multiple teams and initiatives. You will play a key role in enabling leaders and teams to translate strategy into clear priorities and coordinated execution
The impact you’ll make:
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the VPs, helping ensure priorities are clearly defined, teams are aligned, and initiatives move forward effectively
.
You will play a central role in enabling strategy execution across the organization — supporting leadership decision-making, connecting teams, removing roadblocks, and ensuring strong visibility into priorities and progress.
As a strategic thinker comfortable operating in ambiguity, you will help grow the reach and effectiveness of the Mobility and Home Solutions marketing teams across national portfolios. You’ll partner with directors and leaders to support strategic planning, act as a conduit between executive leadership and working teams, and bring cross-functional groups together to drive collaboration and outcomes.
This role also offers a unique opportunity to practice informal leadership and influence without formal authority, coordinating initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and enabling teams to move forward with clarity and momentum.

Strategic Enablement & Planning: Partner with VPs and directors to support short- and long-term strategic planning, priority setting, and roadmap alignment. Translate high-level strategy into clear initiatives and coordinated execution across teams

Executive Support: act as a trusted advisor to leadership, supporting sensitive initiatives and coordinating across teams. Develop high-impact presentations, executive briefings, and strategic communications for senior leadership. Craft clear and compelling narratives that help communicate priorities, progress, and business impact.

Operational Excellence: drive operational rigor through governance frameworks, KPI tracking, and cross-functional alignment. Facilitate leadership meetings, manage action items, and support Opex/Capex planning processes. Develop, craft, and facilitate monthly all-team meetings and leadership forums

Cross-functional Leadership: lead or coordinate initiatives that span multiple teams and business units. Partner with other Chiefs of Staff and leaders across TELUS to maintain alignment on shared priorities. Act as a well-connected and resourceful partner across the organization to help solve problems, remove roadblocks, and enable teams to move forward
