We're seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to join our team and help drive TELUS' AI journey. This is a fast-paced, high-impact and visibility role for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and will work alongside brilliant minds and teams to develop and execute a data and AI strategy that drives unparalleled value for our customers.

As a senior member of the team, you will play a key part in developing and driving data and AI maturity across TELUS. Using your passion for technology, communications and creativity, you will drive the awareness of multiple transformation efforts and promote the vision and behaviors to accelerate our transformation, translating technical lingo and complex ideas into engaging and easy to understand content for decision makers. Along the way, there will be a ton of opportunities for both personal and professional development while developing long-lasting relationships within the TELUS family. 
 

What you will do

• Lead storytelling for executive leadership with presentations, articles and communications to provide visibility and drive decision making, working alongside stakeholders
• Support senior leadership forums including stratcheck, full Monty, planning sessions and board engagements for compelling narratives, material creation, executive presentations and coordination across teams 
• Support the acceleration of data and AI strategy across the enterprise to enable the organization in meeting its strategic and financial objectives
• Develop and manage stakeholder relationships across DSE, CIO and other business units and functions for driving cross functional strategic initiatives
• Collaborate across business units to drive adoption of responsible AI and analytics, fostering AI maturity with measurable improvements and change management
• Coordinate with strategy and planning teams across TELUS on enablement areas and processes to drive alignment on delivery and value measurement
• Manage ad-hoc strategic initiatives through the year to measure and enhance organizational maturity in data, analytics and AI at TELUS

• University degree in Business, Information Technology Management or a related field; Masters degree desirable
• 5-7 years of experience in a Management Consulting or corporate strategy with a large organization 

Great-to-haves
 

• 3-5 years of experience working in Technology with senior leadership
• Experience in developing and implementing data and AI strategies is highly desired
