As the Sr Strategy Manager for License Management, you will support the operational execution of our license management program while leading its long-term transformation. You will develop and implement strategies that streamline operations, reduce complexity, and drive efficiency across multiple teams and products. You will work with cutting-edge tools and diverse stakeholders to modernize our approach to license management, creating lasting positive change.
Here's how
- Support daily license management operations, ensuring compliance and efficient license utilization
- Oversee license renewal processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Evaluate and implement automation tools and systems to enhance license management efficiency
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, BCX, CTE, and CIO teams to standardize and optimize license management processes
- Monitor and optimize license costs while maintaining necessary
- Design and implement metrics to track progress and showcase the impact of transformation efforts
- Develop and execute a comprehensive license management strategy across the Commercial & Public Sector Product portfolio
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives
Qualifications

- Proven experience in strategy development and implementation, particularly in technology or license management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
- Demonstrated success in driving transformational change initiatives
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and present compelling business cases
- Experience in process optimization and standardization
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Great-to-haves
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or operational roles
- Experience with license management tools and processes
- Background in technology or software asset management
- Experience with enterprise-scale license management programs
- Experience in vendor contract negotiations and cost optimization
- Change management certification or experience
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its international scope.
