As Senior Strategy Manager, you will be quarterbacking the Cybersecurity team’s go-to-market strategy, driving toward our goal of becoming Canada’s leading Managed Security Services Provider.  You will coordinate our Leadership Team’s operations, reviewing our performance and identifying new opportunities for profitable growth.  You will touch on all elements of our team, including Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Operations and our Consulting practice, ensuring alignment and collaboration so that we approach the Cybersecurity market as one team.  In short, you will be the catalyst to the success of the team.

 

Here's how

 

  • Co-ordinate the governance cadence of the Cybersecurity leadership team
  • Collaborate with program leads to identify growth opportunities within the Cybersecurity portfolio and to integrate Cybersecurity services and practices into other product portfolios
  • Develop business cases to support new initiatives
  • Analyse performance against the multi-year go-to-market plan through a KPI framework, including team scorecards
  • Present team initiatives and performance to executive audiences
  • Support Cybersecurity leaders with internal team communications

  • You are persuasive, building support for your programs among stakeholders with diverging interests and priorities
  • You have a passion for continuous improvement, in the business, in your peers, and in yourself

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • Exposure to the Cybersecurity industry
  • MBA or Master’s degree in technical field
  • Bilingual (English and French)
