Description

Join our Strategic Transformation Team (STT) as a dedicated leader focused on optimizing TELUS's Managed Services portfolio for the Enterprise & Public Business (E&PB). This role is crucial for driving meaningful change, implementing innovative solutions, and significantly enhancing current operational efficiency within the portfolio.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As the Senior Strategy Manager for STT, you will spearhead transformation initiatives while concurrently ensuring effective operational execution. You won't just manage processes—you'll architect the future. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and boost efficiency across various teams and product value chains.

Here's how

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive transformation strategy for the Enterprise & Public Business portfolio, focusing on key initiatives within the EPB  product value chain  like the (TC2) pay journey transformation program, and the MST quick wins initiatives.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Managed Services, Product, BCX, CTE, and CIO teams to standardize and optimize processes.

  • Successfully translate complex operational problems into actionable solutions by applying strong analytical and process optimization skills

  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Influence decision-making at all levels of the organization through exceptional project management and clear communication

  • Design and implement metrics to track progress and showcase the impact of transformation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in process improvement, strategy development and implementation

  • Project Management experience with process transformation capabilities or skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions

  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership

  • Demonstrated success in driving transformational change initiatives

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and present compelling business cases

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

  • Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Great-to-haves

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, process improvement or operational roles

  • Background in technology or software asset management

  • Facilitation skills
  • Change management certification or experience

  • PMP certification is an asset

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree

This is your chance to work at the intersection of strategy and execution—where your analytical brilliance meets your ability to influence and inspire teams. You'll focus on high-impact areas like product value chains and billing optimization, where your decisions directly affect our bottom line and customer satisfaction.
