We need a high energy individual to join the Mid-Market Acquisition & Base Management Team as a Senior Strategy Manager. You will lead the overall growth and profitability strategy across the entire segment. Reporting directly to the Director of Mid-Market, you will develop and execute our core strategy across wireless, wireline and IoT product portfolios, balancing acquisition growth, base management and profitability. Collaborating with key stakeholders in marketing, planning, product operations, finance and sales channels, you will be the pulse of our acquisition & base strategy to drive market share and profitable growth.
As an integral member of our core team, you will manage P&L in the mid-market segment, focusing on quarterly priorities, pricing construct evolution and executing targeted growth strategies in a dynamic and highly competitive environment. Your strategic and analytical approach will ensure recommendations are aligned with business priorities and financial objectives. You’ll investigate and define business problems, arriving at actionable decisions, shifting from deep analysis to clear recommendations for executive storytelling.
Here’s How
- Lead the acquisition & base management growth strategy for the mid-market segment, ensuring we meet or exceed our core targets on both financial KPIs (revenue, direct margin) and subscriber growth KPIs (gross loading, churn, porting)
- Manage and lead strategic initiatives across our wireless, wireline and IOT portfolios in close collaboration with our product teams, driving profitable growth by understanding the competitive landscape, prioritizing our customer needs and ensuring we meet our strategic objectives.
- Analyze market trends and performance variances,crafting compelling narratives for executives backed by strong data analytics
- Collaborate closely with the customer marketing team on quarterly priorities, empowering sales channels with the right campaigns, tools, processes and GTM collateral to drive growth across Mid-Market
- Lead weekly forums with executive leadership to review business performance and inform key strategic and pricing decisions supported by the entire Mid-Market team to help achieve our business objectives
- Build and leverage strong stakeholders relationships across planning, marketing, sales, finance product, business intelligence and downstream value chain and implementation teams to ensure efficient strategy execution and smooth customer journey experience
Qualifications

- Strong analytical and business problem solving skills, proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and other productivity tools
- Proven hypothesis-driven approach to uncovering insights that drive actionable decisions
- Clear, confident delivery of narratives and recommendations to executives
- Strong project management skills and disciplined execution, maintaining quality of deliverables across a number of varied tasks and responsibilities
- Thrive on ambiguity and change

Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
- MBA degree preferred but not required
Great-to-haves:
- Working experience in marketing, B2B preferred
- Wireless telecommunications and/or technology-based industry experience
