We are hiring a Senior Strategy Manager to join our TELUS Health team! You are an experienced professional with a proven track record of facilitating change successfully in a sales environment. You create and maintain a culture that promotes high performance and employee engagement through activities and events, as well as continued supportive learning and coaching.
You are a great fit if you are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure and process. The right fit for our team builds relationships easily and has a proven track record of collaborating with cross functional team members of varying seniority to align outcomes with TELUS’ strategic goals.

What you’ll do
- You are a change agent that loves working in environments of high growth and transformation
- You are agile and fluid in your decision making with the ability to adapt quickly in changing business conditions
- You have exceptional sales efficacy with experience in sales enablement and high performance sales coaching environments
- You have had exposure to Premier Sales Organization (or sales enablement) methodologies and similar operating systems and proficiency in salesforce
- Create and maintain a culture that promotes employee engagement through support, recognition, and performance management
- You have a passion for collaboration and relationship building
- You are action and team-oriented contributor that is able to lead in a self-directed manner to progress deliverables while engaging the team in vetting the plan, and communicating progress
- You demonstrate a people-first approach, active listener, and effective at building rapport and establishing trust with all various levels of leadership and team members
- You embrace change and have the courage to innovate
Qualifications
What you bring:
- 3+ years’ experience within TELUS sales, strategy or enablement
- Exposure to Premier Sales Organization (PSO) methodologies and proficiency in salesforce
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
- Active involvement within the community
