Here’s the impact we’ll make together:
As a strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to work in ambiguous circumstances, you’ll help to continue growing the reach and capabilities of the CP&E team, spanning both national and international portfolios. You’ll partner with the directors and our VP to facilitate strategic planning, act as a conduit between the executive leadership team and the working teams, and bring cross-functional teams together to foster team culture and collaboration. You’ll support the team with storytelling to our executive leadership team and ensuring our products and roadmaps are well understood across the broader business.
As a trusted advisor on critical projects and executive-level initiatives, the Chief of Staff role is well-positioned for future leadership positions across the organization.
Here’s how:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: partner with VP & directors to develop short & long-term strategic plans and objectives
- Executive Support: act as a trusted advisor for the leadership team, managing sensitive tasks, delegating, and coordinating across the team. Support the creation of high-impact presentations & storytelling for executive audiences, board members, and external partners
- Operational Excellence: drive operational rigor through governance frameworks, KPI tracking, and cross-functional alignment to support executive decision-making. Facilitate leadership meetings, manage action items, and coordinate with Opex/Capex teams to maximize business benefits
- Cross-functional Leadership: lead organizational change projects that impact multiple business units. Collaborate with other Chiefs of Staff to ensure organizational alignment
- Team Culture: facilitate all-team calls, seek feedback and actively listen to gauge team pulse, and analyze engagement surveys to identify opportunities to improve team morale
