The Mobility Integrated Planning and Strategy Team is responsible for leading Mobility planning frameworks and strategic alignment across TELUS' Consumer Mobility marketing organization to ensure all marketing initiatives seamlessly support and drive business priorities across all channels. We are at the center of the Consumer Mobility Solutions organization, and work with a large group of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives and strategies align to, support, and drive our business priorities. We ensure that our integrated marketing and communications strategy comes to life for customers and sales reps seamlessly across all channels.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

You'll be responsible for leading the development of the Mobility marketing strategy plan across TELUS’ Consumer Mobility brands. This includes synthesizing business priorities, data, consumer research and industry trends to develop recommendations and drive alignment across marketing. You'll ensure the long-term strategy acts as a north star when it’s time to turn plans into action, while maintaining the ability to pivot as required to meet critical needs of the business. You'll have visibility into all marketing initiatives across the mobility portfolio, ensuring they ladder up effectively to our overarching business objectives, and work within the planning team to identify incremental areas of opportunity for growth.

Additionally, you will lead the development and execution of planning governance frameworks across TELUS' Consumer Mobility marketing organization. This includes developing and driving strategic oversight and alignment mechanisms that ensure seamless coordination of marketing initiatives, while establishing robust governance structures between our overall business priorities and marketing execution. As the governance leader for the Strategy and Planning team, you'll own the prioritization framework for competing marketing initiatives, with authority to drive deselection decisions and resolve planning and resourcing conflicts.

This position will also play a critical role in driving the development and execution of AI strategies to support the Mobility Planning process, including developing AI-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, customer experience, and streamline the decision-making process.

This role will provide exposure to senior leadership, and is ideal for a strategic leader looking to shape how TELUS Mobility aligns its go-to-market efforts with business priorities through innovative marketing solutions.

Here's how

  • Strategic planning and alignment: Facilitate cross-functional alignment on Mobility priorities and planning across leadership teams, while shaping long-term strategic planning for Mobility
  • Governance strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a mobility marketing governance strategy to support prioritization, planning and GTM optimization, supporting all TELUS Consumer Mobility brands
  • Business performance analytics & growth optimization identification: Analyze business performance data, identifying trends and patterns within mobility portfolios, and translate insights into actionable growth opportunities that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion
  • AI Expertise: Drive the development and execution of AI strategies that align with TELUS' objectives and improve team outcomes
  • Cross-functional strategy: Partner closely with our messaging and go-to-market teams to ensure Mobility plan comes to life via messaging and go-to-market strategy and execution, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all customer journey stages
