The Marketing & Revenue Operations team is a dynamic, driven, fast-paced and highly engaged group. Together, the team is responsible for delivering best-in-class brand marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, pricing, revenue forecasting, sales targeting, and business intelligence & analytics capabilities to the overall TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods business. We are the focal point for driving the business’ organic growth strategy and work closely with cross functional partners across our sales, product, finance, technology, and engineering teams.

 

As the Senior Strategy Manager, Revenue Operations, you will lead and manage cross-functional business initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue growth, improving revenue forecasting and sales operations. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across revenue operations, sales, and finance teams.

 

You will be responsible for ensuring we are optimizing our pricing approaches across the Consumer Goods & Agriculture software products and maximizing our revenue and profit potential. In addition to the broader marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with finance, sales, operations, and product management to develop the pricing plans and measure the outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a background in pricing and portfolio management, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial analysis and pricing strategies to executive stakeholders.

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that support revenue growth and strategy execution
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Business Systems to identify growth opportunities and remove operational bottlenecks
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery
  • Partner with Business Systems and Finance to ensure data quality and integrity that support key revenue growth programs
  • Manage and ensure credit requests are reviewed, compliant and approved
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and RevOps for program-related initiatives
  • Influence and communicate with stakeholders across all levels to gain buy-in and report progress on strategic initiatives

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring to this role:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales or marketing operations, program management or similar roles in a B2B environment, preferably in Agribusiness or CPG.
  • Proactive, self-motivated leader with a strong sense of personal accountability and a commitment to driving program success
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, build programs and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management processes, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate high-impact programs and results to executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A passion for optimizing business systems and uncovering insights that drive meaningful growth
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity and excels in highly collaborative team environments

 

 

Salary Range:  $94,000-$142,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
