The TELUS Consumer Solutions (TCS) Strategy & Planning team is looking to grow its internal strategy and program group. The team is the strategy house for TCS, where you will work with team members across all levels of the organization to drive & manage mid to long-term strategic programs. The team works closely with the TCS leadership team to drive the strategic programs and address market & macro opportunities to set the future direction for the business.

Qualifications

- Ability to drive large complex programs forward with cross-functional stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to the executive teams
- Craft and present high-quality presentations that effectively communicate our strategies and initiatives to senior leaders

- Lead projects independently and are comfortable holding cross-functional partners accountable for results
- Ability to break down and solve problems through structured thinking
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize projects with care
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to offer insightful questions and analysis despite ambiguity
- Extensive experience working with Directors and LT members across various functions, with a strong ability to influence and drive alignment
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a ‘can do’ attitude in order to drive projects forward
Great-to-haves
- Knowledge of the telecom industry and experience leading large programs cross-functionally
- 3-5 years in internal strategy, advisory, and consulting experience
- 3-5 years project and program management experience
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree
