Be a part of the amazing TELUS Supply Operations team

Join our team and what we'll accomplish together

At our core, we are committed to delivering the best experiences for our customers. We continuously develop our supply chain and team to ensure we exceed expectations. By investing in our people, we empower them to grow alongside us.

TELUS Supply Operations purchases, manages and distributes all materials and services for our company from infrastructure to consumer mobile through over 1,000 points of presence, and direct to our customers. We are transforming how we deliver service to our customers, and to the communities in which we live and work.

This team owns demand and supply planning, purchasing and inventory management for TELUS’ consumer businesses including wireless mobile products and in-home TV, Internet and Security services. Importantly, supporting TELUS’ leadership in sustainability, the team also owns reverse logistics and reuse of TELUS’ in-home products.

What you’ll do

  • Create and manage supply plans for in-home product refurbishment and reuse, balancing financial targets, availability, inventory turns, and obsolescence

  • Drive TELUS' sustainability initiatives through strategic reuse programs while meeting customer and business goals

  • Communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels using system and supplier data to inform decision-making

  • Build and nurture supplier partnerships that ensure timely delivery and continuous performance improvement

  • Lead product integration initiatives across technology, marketing, and procurement to expand refurbishment and reuse capabilities

  • Reduce costs and improve operations by identifying and implementing supply chain efficiencies that enhance reliability and reduce team effort

  • Ensure competitive pricing through market analysis and supplier performance management

Qualifications

What you bring

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in demand or supply planning roles, with proven expertise in execution tools (ERP systems) at intermediate/advanced level

  • Degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent)

  • Purchasing and inventory management expertise with thorough understanding of principles, methods, and industry standard compliance requirements

  • Advanced data analytics capabilities with proven ability to deliver in-depth insights that influence Supply Operations and business unit decision-making

  • Process automation proficiency leveraging Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance reporting

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively articulate inventory, supply, and operational concepts to diverse stakeholders

  • Demonstrated track record of planning, executing, and implementing successful process improvement initiatives

  • Strong supplier relationship management skills — establishing, curating, and managing partnerships fairly and collaboratively while ensuring TELUS requirements are met

Great to haves
