We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Consultant specializing in Unified Communications (UC) and collaboration technologies. In this senior role, you will be responsible for the support, design, planning, implementation, and advanced support of complex communication solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across Cisco UC platforms, combined with a strong understanding of underlying network, data center, and cloud infrastructure. You will leverage your excellent communication and troubleshooting skills to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful deployment of robust, integrated solutions.

Advise Our Product Roadmap: Your deep field experience and insights from complex client engagements will provide essential feedback to our strategy and product teams. You will help us identify market gaps, validate new technologies (including cloud, automation, and AI-driven UC), and shape the future of our service portfolio.
Deliver Transformative Customer Outcomes: We will move beyond simple installations to deliver fully integrated, high-performance communication ecosystems.

Support, design and deploy robust, secure, and scalable multi-vendor solutions that directly solve core business challenges

Act as a trusted strategic advisor, guiding our product, delivery and support stakeholders through complex technology decisions and ensuring the solutions we build today are prepared for the demands of tomorrow
Qualifications
What you bring
-
7+ years of experience in UC Solutions, Networking and IT

Core UC Platforms: Expert-level knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Jabber, and Microsoft Teams

Session Border Controller: Deep understanding SBC core functions, which include network security, interoperability, quality of service, and advanced configuration for real-time communications like VoIP, video, and chat

Cloud Solutions: Demonstrable experience with various cloud-based UC solutions

Protocols & Networking: Deep understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and foundational network, data center infrastructure (LAN, WAN, switching, compute, storage)

Telephony: Experience with open-source telephony platforms, such as FreePBX

Virtualization: Familiarity with hypervisors, virtual machines (VMs), and the benefits of virtualization (resource consolidation, agility, cost savings)

Cloud & Automation: A strong understanding of cloud concepts, cloud management platforms, and automation tools is highly valuable

Excellent communication and documentation skills—able to articulate complex concepts between engineering and business stakeholders and deliver technical training

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, telecom, or equivalent
Great-to-haves

Cisco Certifications - CCNP (Collaboration and/or Enterprise and/or Security track), CCIE (Collaboration and/or Enterprise and/or Security track), Cisco CCDS (Design track), Cisco Webex Calling Administration Professional

Fluency in French (verbal and written) is a strong asset
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
