As a Social Media and Content Marketing Manager (12-month leave replacement), you are a powerhouse communicator who can translate content marketing and global communications into digestible, high-impact content that drives engagement and demand. You will lead our social strategy, helping us find the "sweet spot" between audience needs and business objectives while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand story across all platforms and regions.
What you'll do
- Lead global strategy: Create and manage company-wide social media strategies and guidelines for all platforms.
- Set standards: Establish performance standards, messaging, and a unified tone of voice across all regions.
- Content creation: Proactively develop and execute end-to-end organic strategies to maximize performance.
- Internal collaboration and enablement: Support and enable content team and regional primes, reviewing and providing feedback on content.
- Brand governance: Review content for tone, voice, and visual identity to ensure brand alignment and regional relevance.
- Crisis management: Actively engage with communities and lead crisis response or escalations as needed.
- Drive insights: Compile regular performance reports, presenting key learnings and insights to leadership.
- Tool management: Manage training for social media management platform (Hubspot) and other tools.
Qualifications
What you bring
- 6-10 years experience in social media, communications, public relations and/or marketing roles in a fast-paced environment, either on the agency or
client side - Experience in the B2B tech or health industry
- Experience with the creative process, including brief development and storyboarding
- Undergraduate degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communication or Business
- Detail oriented, organized, multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for empowering teams to deliver amazing experiences
- Professional-level fluency in both English and French is considered a strong asset for this role.
