We are seeking a results-driven individual to act as the primary functional expert, elevating our planning capabilities within the dynamic Purchasing & Inventory Management Infrastructure (PIMI) team.

We are responsible for demand and supply planning as well as driving strategic transformational initiatives.
You will play a Super User and subject matter expert role, focusing on advanced planning tools and processes to ensure our supply chain is responsive, resilient, and optimized for rapid deployment and inventory efficiency.
What you’ll do
As an S/4HANA Supply Chain Super User, you will be the bridge between technical functionality and business process, ensuring optimal utilization of our advanced planning systems.

Serve as the functional expert for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Planning modules, providing deep-dive support and configuration expertise.

Drive the effective implementation and sustained use of Demand-Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP) principles, specifically leveraging SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S/4HANA functionalities.

Actively support and enhance the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring planning system inputs and outputs align with strategic goals.

Evaluate, implement, and support the integration of AI-powered planning tools to improve forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning cycle efficiency.

Develop, deliver, and maintain robust training and documentation for end-users, ensuring high proficiency across the supply chain team.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement system enhancements, and drive continuous process improvements.

Utilize advanced analytical tools to monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy, inventory turns and service levels.
Qualifications
What you bring
-
3+ years in supply operations management
-
Proven, hands-on experience as a Super User or Functional Consultant with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules (e.g., S&OP, PP, MM, IBP) with thorough understanding of Engineer-to-Order models.

Demonstrable expertise in DDMRP implementation and operation within an SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) environment.

Strong practical knowledge of demand, supply and inventory management methods and procedures, including industry best practices in S&OP processes.

Knowledge of how AI planning tools and advanced analytics integrate with and optimize supply chain planning.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent attention to technical detail.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business processes for end-users.
Great-to-haves

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in one of the following industries: telecommunications, utilities, infrastructure building, energy and/or engineering

Supply Chain certification: CSCP, SCMP or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
