You’ll be part of the team and play a vital role in developing and executing programs. You will leverage the synergies between our existing portfolios and support the new and exciting roadmap of TELUS Health offerings. Here's how
- Work in close collaboration with CIO on strategic initiatives – supporting the PM
- Responsible for prioritization of release content in collaboration with the PM/CIO
- Review and Validate solution impacts/issues related to release content
- Responsible for the creation of Product Change Requests and supporting analysis
- Responsible for the review of existing and new change requests for completion and accuracy
- Support the stakeholders team with the business requirements, solution definition & business process mapping
- Responsible for the approval of the Business Requirements Documents, Solution Requirements Specifications and Business Solution Document
- Support product demos and presentations
- Support impact analysis and communication for legislative changes
- Responsible for supporting the creation and maintenance of product documentation
- Build strong relationships with product and internal teams
Qualifications

- Advanced knowledge in Sales Cloud Lifecycle
- Experience/Understanding of Employer Solutions organization
- Proven ability to document either business processes or technical requirements documents
- Experience in business process mapping
- Demonstrated influence and strategy skills
- Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage major projects to successful completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to develop presentations through logical reasoning and structuring
- Highly proficient with Excel, Powerpoint/Slides/MS teams
- Strong customer focus
- High level of attention to detail and professional rigor regarding work deliverables
- Organized, deliberate, and reliable in structuring work
Great-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
- BA designation or working towards the designation is preferred. Comparable work experience will be considered as well as those working towards PMP or Six Sigma designation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis or a related function in the healthcare IT sector (e.g., strategy, planning, operations)
- Bilingual – English/French is an asset
