As a Senior Market Manager, you will be the front door for all Mobility Marketing campaigns. Your exemplary leadership, project management, communication, and collaboration skills will be key to the success of our centralized campaign management for direct marketing campaigns.


Here's how


  • Lead Mobility Campaign Intake & Quarterly Planning governance forums end-to-end; act as the front door for all 1:1 customer marketing campaigns
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions, consensus building, and ensure accountability to guarantee flawless execution of all base marketing programs
  • Influence people from multiple cross-functional teams
  • Manage the day-to-day campaign calendar, deployment tracker and stakeholder communications
  • Proactively identify campaign and/or deployment risks and create mitigation plans
  • Prioritize campaigns based on business priority such that delivery teams are not overwhelmed by campaign volume in any given quarter
  • Support campaign escalations and last minute requests that require immediate attention and problem-solving

  • Experience in marketing and/or project management
  • Solid understanding of campaign management, base management or 1:1 communications
