This role is responsible for our Remote Patient Monitoring (previously called HHM) solution across Canada and eventually into global markets.  Building a product with strong market fit is critical to our success.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role you will lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Remote Patient Monitoring solution.  You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, users and visionaries to build a strong vision for the product in the years to come.  Translating the product vision and roadmap to the development and support teams is a critical component of this job and requires strong collaboration and communication skills.  Your goal is to create a beautiful product that has strong product-market fit and is sold successfully by our Growth team and delivered with ease by our Customer Excellence team.

  • Manage the market and financial performance of existing and new products (including Adoption, Churn, Revenue, Operating Profit, Free Cash Flow, and ROI)
  • Understand client workflows and needs and the competitive landscape
  • Analyze and anticipate market, client, regulatory and technology trends
  • Develop differentiated product strategy & roadmap to support market needs and business objectives
  • Support Growth (sales & business development) with enablement programs that drive efficient sales cycles. 
  • Partner with the Product-Development teams to translate product requirements, design elements, and technical services 
  • Create business plans and proposals and present recommendations to senior leaders
  • Lead and collaborate on cross-functional teams across business units to enable the design and delivery of integrated product solutions
  • Provide product expertise to support the Customer Experience team in their product support and service delivery issues
  • Lead the release management communications and contribute to the Knowledge Centre with Product documentation

Required Experience & Skills:

 

  • 7-10 years of equivalent experience in product management with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Strong business acumen (experience with financial concepts including revenue, costs and profitability) and analytical bent
  • Strong leadership, project and process management skills, and the ability to lead cross functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways; able to develop, maintain and optimize end to end value chains
  • We collectively need to find solutions that will benefit all Canadians and global citizens to meet the challenge of unsustainable rising costs, long wait times and an increasingly older population
