The Mental Health Product team plays a critical role, working across TELUS Health, to drive innovation, generate revenue, enhance market positioning, and ensure that our products and services offerings remain innovative and competitive. This career shaping opportunity will allow you to work with many teams across the organization including: PMO, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and the health leadership teams.
 
We are seeking a delivery-focused, product minded individual with competency in leadership and employer products to join our growing team as a Senior Program Manager. As the Senior Program Manager responsible for revamping and running the Win/Loss Program and Process Improvement function for the Mental Health products.  You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and team members to build a strong customer feedback program that captures and analyzes the voice of the customer feedback.  The analysis must be packaged and shared with a number of stakeholder groups on a monthly/quarterly basis to strengthen the business and ensure the lessons learned lead to changes in the products and business.  Your leadership will be crucial in supporting continuous improvement for the products and processes. 


What you’ll do

 

  • Develop and maintain a customer-based approach at all times, and build strong, professional relationships with internal and external clients by providing quality service, assistance, information and advice to ensure their satisfaction
  • Be responsible for collecting and analyzing client feedback to extract key insights into the areas of failure, strength, opportunity for product managers to incorporate into roadmap planning and for sales/CSM teams to address with process or communications. 
  • Routinely package and communicate executive level summaries for our executive team about insights, action plan, owner and progress tracking. 
  • Create a structured approach to bringing the insights to the product teams for incorporation and evaluation into the roadmaps
  • Collaborate with the cross functional team members to identify process improvements required to close gaps identified by customers. 
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the lessons learned through these activities

  • You are comfortable with high level of ambiguity and possess a continuous improvement mindset
  • You are known for strong leadership with program, project and process management mindsets
  • You enjoy quantitative analysis and have a reputation for being a problem solver and creative thinker
  • You have the ability to maintain high workloads, including the management of competing priorities and multiple projects at once
  • English verbal and written is required for this opportunity with strong public speaking skills in front of a variety of audiences
  • The ability to take leadership in recommending action plans during complex and cross functional situations
  • Ability to document a business case based on hypotheses and risk assessment and present the cost analysis to management and internal stakeholders in writing and verbally
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.

  • University degree or 5 to 7 years of equivalent experience
Salary Range:  $97,000-$145,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%
