The SMB Fully Managed Channel Development team is responsible for building and executing on the Fully Managed Business growth strategy with focus on growing and expanding channel coverage through market and partnership development.

As members of the SMB Fully Managed Channel Development team you will have the privilege to work along with our colleagues in various Sales organizations. Whether via our direct or partner channels you will be a part of a leading Technology and Managed Services Provider that specializes in digital business transformation and enables organizations to navigate and excel in the digital-first work world.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) channel strategy execution, assessment and analytics, process assessment and optimization, collaborate on training content and delivery, structured communication designed to drive awareness,results, collaboration and reporting to key stakeholders at the Partner, Manager, Business Owner and Director levels aligned to the channel growth strategy.
Here’s what will be required
- Collaborate with Director, internal team and other key stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive channel growth plans
- Define and document channel and partner targeting strategy and tactical approach
- Ensure excellent data intelligence, market insights,reports on current trends, competitive landscape as well as new and emerging technology and their impact
- Project manage and work closely with the team to onboard new partners
- Collaborate with team to prepare and deliver partner training and events
- Prepare regular reports and communications that includes analytic, plans and insight confidently to stakeholders
- Monitor and report on Channel and Partner performance, efficiency and effectiveness
