We are looking for a highly strategic, data-savvy, and detail-focused Strategy Manager, Mobility Digital, to join our Digital Sales Strategy and Operations team. This dynamic position involves both the hands-on coordination of digital sales initiatives, coupled with in-depth analysis to fuel growth, improve results, tell the story of performance and contribute to long-range strategic planning. You will operate where marketing, operations, analytics, and merchandising converge, ensuring that all digital sales activities are synchronized in execution and performance, supported by the data to drive business outcomes.

Joining the Mobility Digital Sales Strategy team, you will support analytics and insights for our portfolio, leveraging data to make recommendations and tell cohesive stories of the portfolio performance, while operating in a highly cross functional and dynamic environment. You will report to the Manager, Mobility Digital Sales Strategy, joining a high performing team as a category manager. As the ideal candidate, you thrive in a business ownership environment, excel at leveraging data insights for storytelling and strive to be supportive for your teammates and portfolio.
 
Here’s how
 

  • Analytics & Insights (preferably with experience in Looker, Tableau and Adobe) 
  • Leverages category data to derive clear insights into business opportunity growth or optimization areas and make recommendations 
  • Supports all reporting and analytics, A/B testing, performance reporting 
  • Identify whitespace opportunities through data, consumer insights and market trends
  • Strategic planning 
  • Understand our business priorities and expected outcomes 
  • Assist in defining our roadmap, identifying areas of opportunity based on internal data, competitive insights and market trends
  • Strategic coordination 
  • Serve as a key point of contact for category insights, data, analytics, recommendations and LT storytelling 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on weekly and monthly reporting, performance and planning cycles to review results and make decisions
  • Operational excellence, detailed organizational skills, time management 

Qualifications

What you bring
 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital sales or marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data management tools (Adobe analytics, Looker, Tableau)
  • Able to tell concise, clear, outcome-oriented stories based on data and analytics to stakeholders and leaders
  • Bachelor's degree or similar post-secondary degree, MBA is an asset

Salary Range:  $78,000-$116,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
