The Mobility Strategy & Planning team acts as the Office of the President for the Mobility Solutions organization. We support the senior leadership team in all aspects of the business, from developing strategic business plans to coordinating change management activities. We embrace and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

As Strategy Manager, Strategic PMO, you will be part of a dynamic team of high performers to execute on a wide array of strategic projects spanning across the entire mobility organization. Our team loves:

Here’s how

 

  • Support strategic projects that have extensive cross functional engagement and broad strategic importance
  • Partner with leaders and senior executives to develop the short-term and long-term strategic plans for Consumer Mobility Solutions, as well as for each functional area
  • Collaborate with end-to-end cross-functional business units (eg.Home Solutions Customer Experience, TELUS Business Solutions, Customer Technology Excellence, etc.) to ensure interlock and communication on key priorities
  • Work together with the Mobility leadership and strategy team in the end-to-end planning and preparation of the semi-annual strategy check reviews that are presented to the executive leadership team, the CEO and board
  • Leverage project management tools and methodologies to drive timely outcomes and maintain transparency
  • Be a senior role model, leveraging peer-coaching to develop talent on the team, ensuring a clear path to success; as well as foster strong team culture

 

 

Qualifications

  • You lead without formal authority
  • You foster collaboration and strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder community, regardless of level
  • You are adept with a variety of analytical methodologies and frameworks for strategic assessments
  • You have strong business acumen and are data-oriented
  • You have a knack for communicating complex information simply; written, verbal and presentation
  • You are outcome oriented with experience in program management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or other related field required

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • MBA
  • Experience in strategy or management consulting environments
