Description
The SMB Growth team is looking for a Strategy Manager - Channel Learning & Partnerships to serve as a strategic partner to our diverse channel ecosystem—including D2D, Dealers, Corporate Stores, and National Retail—that drives SMB sales through mindshare and knowledge. In this role, you will be the bridge between our internal SMB teams and our external channel partners, identifying knowledge gaps and equipping our partners with the tools, insights, and learning they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities

Partner strategically with assigned channels (Dealers, Corporate Stores, and National Retail) to drive SMB knowledge and mindshare

Identify knowledge gaps within channel partners and develop targeted learning solutions to address them

Deliver training sessions on products, services and soft skills

Build and maintain mindshare across channels to ensure SMB remains a priority and focus area

Liaise with internal SMB teams to streamline processes, remove barriers, and make it easier for channels to sell SMB solutions

Develop and execute learning initiatives that enhance channel capability and confidence in selling SMB products

Monitor and analyze channel performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Visit channel locations to build strong relationships, understand on-the-ground challenges, and provide in-person support

Simplify complexity by translating internal processes and product information into actionable, channel-friendly resources
Qualifications
- Proven background in channel management and/or learning and development

Confidence in facilitating learning sessions to large groups

Demonstrated passion for supporting and enabling sales teams

Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, collaborative approach

Ability to identify knowledge gaps and develop effective learning solutions

Excellent communication and influencing skills to align internal and external stakeholders

Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into channel-ready action plans
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Channel Management or support

Background in Learning & Development program design and delivery

Bilingual (English/French) communication is an asset

Experience in telecommunications, technology, or B2B sales environments

Familiarity with D2D, dealer, retail, or corporate store operations
