Strategic Development & Innovation
- Develop and evaluate groundbreaking business and contractual models with business and legal teams to maximize value and mitigate risk
- Lead the strategic assessment of new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Design frameworks that balance growth ambitions with financial discipline
Financial Analysis & Modeling
- Conduct sophisticated financial analysis to assess viability, ROI, and risk profiles of strategic partnerships and business opportunities
- Build robust financial models and scenario analyses that support multi-million dollar executive decisions
- Translate complex financial data into compelling business cases
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Corporate Development and Finance teams to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals
- Identify, structure, and negotiate strategic collaboration opportunities with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate comprehensive due diligence for potential partners, including financial, strategic, and operational evaluation
Executive Communication & Influence
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leaders and C-suite executives by synthesizing complex data into actionable insights
- Serve as a trusted advisor on high-stakes business decisions
- Support implementation of strategic initiatives across operational and functional teams
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
Qualifications
What You Bring
Required:
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, corporate finance, or top-tier management consulting (Big 4, MBB, or equivalent)
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, profitability analysis, and business opportunity evaluation with demonstrated track record of influencing strategic decisions
- Experience structuring and analyzing complex contractual models, strategic partnerships, and deal structures
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive executive decision-making
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal), with proven ability to present to and influence senior management (bilingual required)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
Great-to-Haves:
- MBA or CFA designation - strong preference for candidates with advanced credentials
- Industry experience in telecommunications, technology, or professional services
- Corporate development expertise in M&A, strategic alliances, joint ventures, or partnership structuring
