As a Systems Quality Analyst, you will impact our Kroll (PMS) Pharmacy Management Solutions programs by ensuring that high quality technical solutions are delivered into the Canadian Healthcare ecosystem. Validating and testing technical requirements to ensure that our customer needs are being completely met.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with our Business Analysis & Development teams to develop and execute use cases in our daily QA processes ensuring high quality of code
- Communicate with project stakeholders on the status of testing
- Drive conformance activities and manage defects to prepare software for Production deployment
- Offer input into our QA practice and how it can be improved
- Assist in creating process documentation
Qualifications
What you bring
- 1-4 years' experience in software testing, QA processes and testing tools
- Understanding KROLL PMS
- Knowledge of software development methodologies: Quality Assurance and Quality methodologies and frameworks (Application Life Cycle Management/Confluence Jira Zephyr)
- Reading and understanding Salesforce tickets & creating problem tickets
- Test estimation capabilities
- Capability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
- Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities simultaneously, and negotiate
- Ability to plan activities and deliverables for multiple projects and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attend meetings and plan demo’s & report status
- Strong written, verbal communication and documentation skills
- Creating Release Notes related to defect testing
- Creating Feature Notes & User guides
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Pharmacy Assistant
Great-to-haves
- Experience as a QA analyst with data integration projects
- Experience as a developer
- Automated testing
- Pharmacy background is a great asset for this role
