Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

TELUS Health Virtual Care is currently seeking part-time help with lab management at their Toronto location. We are looking for a passionate, engaged administrative assistant who is interested in being part of an exciting organization that wants to change how healthcare is delivered in Canada. 


Here's how

  • Going to our clinic to review the incoming mail/lab results three times a week
  • Opening the mail and patient care related documents and scanning all files to our electronic medical record
  • Flagging any abnormal or urgent results to our clinical team
  • Calling the lab for certain results when needed
  • Collaborating and engaging with our clinical team of nurses, nurse practitioners and medical doctors


You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • 2+  years’ experience working with technology
  • 2+  years administrative assistance experience 
  • Preference will be given to a candidate who is fully bilingual
  • High comfort level with IT systems mandatory (iOS and Android mobile interfaces, as well as Windows and Mac OS)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
