The Technical Sales Architect or Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) team connects our customers with industry-leading technology solutions to create opportunities and solve business challenges across various segments within the private sector. Located across Canada, the CSA team focuses on pre-sales architecture and creating comprehensive technology roadmaps. By providing thought leadership and leveraging TELUS’ breadth of technology solutions to enable customers’ business goals, we assist Canadian businesses in prioritizing their initiatives to what matters most.

 

Working collaboratively with TELUS Business Sales teams, you will develop and cultivate relationships at all levels within our customers’ organization, boost customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor in the Physical Security space. Using your ability to be a strategic thinker and technology influencer, you will clearly articulate a holistic view of integrating technology as an enabler of our customers’ strategic initiatives.

As a Customer Solutions Architect within the mid-market and enterprise teams, you will be an integral connection between TELUS and our customer’s business. You will lead the Physical Security architecture development of innovative solutions by the following:

 

  • With a combination of business acumen, consulting ability, technical and sales skills, you thrive in finding the right services to adopt and expand TELUS solutions by clearly demonstrating the positive impact on our customer’s business objectives
  • Be an advocate for the customer by leveraging the appropriate resources within TELUS and our partners
  • Highly organized: you can handle ambiguous ideas and help drive the team to a concrete plan
  • Develop digital transformation roadmaps based on our customers’ unique technical environments
  • Regular touch base sessions with internal stakeholders to remain current on TELUS’ physical security technology offerings
  • Staying on the leading edge of technology and challenging the status quo

 

 

Qualifications

  • You live a Customers-First philosophy and are renowned for your customer relationship development
  • You understand the physical security/IT/telecommunications competitive landscape across Canada
  • You bring 3+ years of experience of leading the architecture of solutions across multiple technologies
  • You are known for leading and facilitating dynamic workshops, whiteboard discussions, technology roadmaps, and consulting conversations with customers
  • You thrive on working cross functionally, leveraging team members and technology resources across your organization to lead initiatives or technical solutions
  • You demonstrate both technical and financial/business acumen with customer stakeholders, including COOs, CFOs, CIOs and CEOs
