Our Commercial Sales Technology Team is looking for a Senior Program Manager with an exceptional track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs in a large enterprise environment. We are looking for someone who is excited by technology, can connect platform investments with business outcomes, and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills around relationship building and negotiation skills.

 

What we’ll accomplish together

 

  • Strategy Alignment
    • Ensure we have a unified view of the program progress and direction
    • Develop effective processes to improve overall efficiency and productivity across program streams
  • Program Execution
    • Oversee the list of ongoing and future activities, pace and cadence (eg. weekly/monthly work schedule, meetings, agenda, etc.)
    • Establish frameworks to coordinate priorities, track progress, and proactively identify risks
    • Drive accountability and progress within core team and across stakeholder groups
  • Governance & Communication
    • Help manage the program's Leadership Steerco agenda, materials; ensure timely follow-up on takeaways and actions
    • Ensure all program communications are produced to the highest standards of quality and clarity
    • Skilled storyteller with an eye for clean design and straightforward communications with experience preparing executive-level presentations

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in program management or strategy, including experience leading large cross-functional programs
  • Strategic thinker that can manage ambiguity and execute independently
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical curiosity and business knowledge and are quick to apply new knowledge in practice
  • Exceptional story-telling and communication skills, including experience synthesizing complex and detailed information for senior executive audiences
  • Leading the development and delivery of status reports (i.e. Gantts, deliverables, milestones, roadblocks, mitigation strategies, and budget variance tracking) for the executive leadership team
  • Familiarity, comfort and aptitude for working in a technical environment; the ability to understand the business value of technical initiatives
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent experience

 

Great to have

 

  • Experience leading technology architecture/platform transformation programs or other Digital transformation initiatives
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration #LI-REMOTE
