During this exciting 4-month program, you will join one of our dynamic finance team roles jam-packed with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a professional finance environment. We provide on-the-job training and other educational support that will prepare you for complex and challenging assignments.

 

Salary Range: $20 to $25 per hour

Work Style: Hybrid (In-Office+Virtual)

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform financial analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for effective business decisions
  • Drive financial reporting, budgeting, analytics, forecasting, and provide financial input to projects and business cases
  • Embrace continuous learning, developing a deep understanding of source systems and business processes
  • Collaborate with peers, managers, and our senior finance team

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite, with knowledge of Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Proven ability to balance work, school, and life commitments, while producing quality work on time
  • Innovative mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

 

Great-to-haves:

 

Work experience, community involvement, and team engagement.

Bilingualism (English/French).

Experience using AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency, with a strong emphasis on responsible and ethical usage.
