What you’ll do:
In this Business Analyst II role, you will get to apply your skills at:
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data to extract insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making
- Financial Acumen: Apply financial knowledge to assist in generating solutions to business issues
- Business Case Development: Support the analysis and execution of key projects and programs

- Day to day ownership: Working closely with different teams and business units to develop and support solutions that will enhance profitability
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a role involving financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and/or program management
- Managing Uncertainty: Understanding that the only constant is change and the ability to navigate through ambiguity and shifting organizational priorities
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a convincing track record of setting and delivering against key metrics
- Communication Excellence: Excellent storytelling and written communication skills in both business and technical contexts, with the ability to tailor your communication to different audiences such as senior leaders and professionals
- Proactive Mindset: A passion for working in a dynamic, high-performance culture with a proactive tendency to identify business opportunities
- Educational Background: A post-secondary degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, health care)
Great-to-Haves
- CPA or CFA designation (or working toward it) or equivalent background in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) is strongly desired
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Prioritization: Effective at managing and meeting deadlines for multiple tasks and priorities of varying complexity
- Agility: Experience in and thrives under the nature of a dynamic environment and can pivot, re-prioritize and adapt quickly
