Drive Business Performance Through Strategic Scorecard Management

 

Join our team at TELUS Health, where we're transforming how our business measures, tracks, and optimizes performance through innovative scorecard solutions. As we continue to evolve our B2B offerings, we're looking for a strategic thinker to join our B2B Strategy Enablement team, focusing specifically on performance management and scorecard optimization.

 

Working within our Strategy & Enablement (S&E) division on the B2B Performance Management team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive performance measurement frameworks that drive business value and operational excellence.

As a Business Analyst II in Performance Management, you'll play an important role in designing and implementing strategic scorecard frameworks that align with business objectives. Your expertise in performance metrics, KPI development, and data-driven decision-making will be essential in:

 

  • Developing and maintaining enterprise-wide scorecard frameworks that drive accountability and performance
  • Leading the design and implementation of performance measurement systems that align with strategic objectives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify key metrics and success indicators
  • Analyzing performance trends and providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Facilitating performance review sessions and driving continuous improvement initiatives

 

 

Qualifications

You are likely in a similar performance management or business analysis role today, with many of the following abilities and experience points:

 

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in performance management or business analysis, with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • You have demonstrated success in designing and implementing scorecard frameworks for B2B organizations, particularly in Telecommunications & technology, Agriculture & Consumer Goods, or Health sectors
  • You are known for your strong analytical capabilities in performance measurement and metrics development, translating complex data into actionable business insights
  • You thrive in dynamic environments, adapting quickly to changing business needs and priorities while effectively managing tight deadlines
  • You have a talent for creating impactful data visualizations and performance reports that drive metric-based decisions
  • You are skilled at influencing stakeholders across multiple levels, even when you have no direct authority
  • You regularly stay updated on emerging AI trends and their potential applications in B2B performance management
  • You are a champion of continuous improvement, consistently seeking innovative ways to enhance performance management processes

 

 

Salary Range:  $64,000-$96,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  10%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
