We are seeking a talented, driven, passionate individual with proven business management, strong critical thinking, who can balance attention to detail with view of the big picture when looking at the way we support the business.  You will be a key player in the planning and development of the business enablement frameworks, tools and processes used to manage a fast paced, dynamic product organization.

As a key member of our Enablement team, you will leverage your business, process and change management skills to help transform and standardize business management framework for Industry Solutions.  You will help define, communicate, and implement strong operational management methodologies and support the overall tracking and management of business results -  with a laser focus on improving organizational effectiveness.


In addition, you will support the Director, Business Enablement with executive presentations and reporting, business governance and reporting, leadership meetings, and help validate / build new ways of doing things.  

Here’s how

  • Leverage your prior experience and involvement in complex business transformations drive new and optimized business management approaches  
  • You will use your strong desire to better understand what the business needs and then connect the dots to align on what changes are needed from a capability, tools and process perspective to address the needs of the business
  • Conduct analyses of our business management frameworks in order to identify additional opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency
  • You have excellent collaboration skills which you use to both partner with others and to obtain alignment on your assessments and recommendation
  • Support communication of transformational information to the team through multiple channels
  • Support the Business Enablement Senior Strategy Managers in the establishment of a performance management framework that align metrics/KPIs to our broader business strategies and goals 
  • Help develop executive presentations on various strategic and operational topics for various TBS audiences (all levels of management) 
  • Tactical analysis - in our fast changing business, you will be required to deep dive into new areas, learn complexities, present analysis/insight to optimize processes to support execution of plans.

  • You have a curious and tenacious nature. You are a self-starter motivated by learning something new every day and call-out what does not add up (question status quo).
  • Ability to present complex concepts to senior leaders. You are able to look at a problem from 20,000 feet and see its macro impact and at the same time be able to dig into detailed data to develop your understanding at a micro level. 
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration. The team is constantly in conversation with key organizational stakeholders and leaders and will need to have excellent presentation skills, confidence in your analysis and open minded approach to influence decision making. 
  • A passion for results measurement, networking and strategic thinking. You enjoy digging into data, reaching out to subject matter experts, obtaining the voice of the customer and suggesting better ways of doing business.



  • University degree
  • 7-10 years of equivalent experience in product management strategy or execution
  • Broad knowledge of IT and telecommunication industry
  • Demonstrate very strong knowledge of business analytics and process development 
  • Consulting skills and reporting/presentation
  • Influence and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to effectively prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Bilingual (English and French) an asset
