Join our team at TELUS Business Solutions, we're transforming how our business measures, tracks, and optimizes performance through innovative scorecard solutions. As we continue to evolve our B2B offerings, we're looking for a strategic thinker to join our B2B Strategy Enablement team, focusing specifically on performance management and scorecard optimization.
Working within our Strategy & Enablement (S&E) division on the B2B Performance Management team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive performance measurement frameworks that drive business value and operational excellence.

As a Business Consultant in Performance Management, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic scorecard frameworks that align with business objectives. Your expertise in performance metrics, KPI development, and data-driven decision-making will be essential in:
- Developing and maintaining enterprise-wide scorecard frameworks that drive accountability and performance
- Leading the design and implementation of performance measurement systems that align with strategic objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify key metrics and success indicators
- Analyzing performance trends and providing actionable insights to leadership
- Facilitating performance review sessions and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Building consensus around performance metrics across diverse business units

You are likely in a similar strategy, consulting, performance management or business analysis position today, with many of the following abilities and experience points:
- You are a go-to for designing and implementing scorecard frameworks for B2B organizations, with emphasis on performance measurement and metrics development
- You thrive in ambiguity and help drive change
- You are known for collaboration and communication
- You contribute to or own data visualization and performance reporting
- You have a knack for translating complex performance data into actionable business insights
Great to haves:
We are especially motivated to connect with individuals with one or more of the following:
- You bring experience in change management principles and practices, with a focus on implementing and driving adoption of new performance measurement systems
- You are comfortable presenting to executive-level audiences, particularly communicating complex performance metrics and insights
- You have in-depth knowledge of B2B industry best practices in performance management, ideally in telecommunications & technology, agriculture & consumer goods and health sectors
- You are familiar with performance management methodologies, software and tools, such as Balanced Scorecard systems
- You are an experienced facilitator of performance-focused workshops and training sessions to drive organizational alignment on key metrics
- You have a strategic understanding of AI capabilities and their potential applications in performance management, including:
- Ability to identify opportunities for AI implementation in scorecard automation and analytics
- Awareness of emerging AI trends and their implications for B2B performance management
