We’re looking for a talented Content Manager who combines exceptional copywriting skills with a strategic understanding of content marketing. This role is ideal for a strong storyteller who can create compelling content across multiple formats while driving engagement, brand awareness, and business results. As part of the Global Content Marketing & Demand Generation team, you'll support thought leadership strategy, our go-to-market execution for proprietary research and play a crucial role in optimizing short-form content for social media and SEO/GEO. Together, we'll drive demand, increase brand visibility and encourage meaningful engagement with our target audiences.

 

What you'll do

  • Create and manage high-quality content across a variety of channels, including social media, blogs, articles, website content, email campaigns, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Develop engaging social media copy tailored to different audiences, platforms, and stages of the buyer journey.
  • Write, edit and optimize long-form content such as blogs, articles, reports, and customer stories.
  • Apply SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices to improve content discoverability and performance across traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple geographies to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling and audience-focused content.
  • Manage editorial calendars and content production workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve engagement, traffic, and conversion outcomes.
  • Support the development and execution of global content strategies that align with business objectives and brand positioning.

     

Qualifications


What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing content strategy, copywriting or a related role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across formats and channels.
  • Strong experience writing social media content that drives engagement and audience growth.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, content optimization, and emerging GEO/AIO best practices.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content creation.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred.

 

Great to haves

  • Experience managing social media channels 
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, or professional services is considered an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French also an asset
  • Detail-oriented – ensures accuracy in content execution and publishing
  • Self-starter – able to work independently, anticipate needs and take initiative 
  • Organized – strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Adaptable – willing to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

Salary Range:  $70,000-$120,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
