We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Sector Customer Success Executive to join our team in <Vancouver, BC / Toronto, ON / Edmonton, AB>. As a Customer Success Executive, you will work collaboratively with strategic clients to align our solutions with their objectives, with the goal of clients attaining the maximum possible value from the TELUS services they have acquired, ultimately to deliver on our shared goal of improving access to care. Your strategic thinking, industry knowledge, excellent communication and planning skills will be critical to your success in this position.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare, preferably working directly within a health authority, health agency or government health ministry, with a strong ability to rally to a common purpose and inspire confidence and trust.
How you will succeed:
- Drive Strategic Partnerships:
- Foster deep-rooted trust and rapport with strategic clients through authentic engagement, transparent communication, and consistent value delivery
- Champion Client Success:
- Lead successful service implementations, optimization initiatives, and solution design programs that maximize the value clients receive from TELUS Health
- Establish strong relationships and interlock with internal collaborators (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, etc) to create solutions, address challenges and remove barriers on the client’s behalf
- Thought Leadership:
- Translate industry knowledge, competitive market dynamics, business acumen and deep understanding of client’s objectives into value added insights & solutions
- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor through deep industry knowledge and market expertise
- Create platforms for clients to engage with industry peers and TELUS experts to share best practices and drive innovation
- Monitor & Optimize:
- Implement robust client-level governance for measuring and reporting
- Set and track performance targets and implement robust governance for measuring and reporting customer success
- Increase customer value realization through product/service adoption, risk management, and enhanced overall customer experience
Qualifications
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in sales/marketing, clinical care delivery, clinical operations and/or consulting within a healthcare environment
- Knowledge and experience working with various levels of government
- Familiarity with virtual care and/or remote patient monitoring
- Proven leadership attributes and abilities such as collaboration, communication, creative thinking, and decision-making skills to support customers' strategy and vision
- A strong consultative approach to problem-solving and project management, and a desire to exceed client expectations at every turn
- Proficient at translating customer goals into actions TELUS can take to achieve them as a strategic partner and identifying new growth verticals within TELUS to support the customer
- Undeniable communication skills, clear, concise, and influential in all aspects of internal and customer communications (verbal, written, presentations)
- The ability to inspire and motivate yourself and others to drive high performance, teamwork, continuous learning and timely recognition
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA and/or Clinical designations a strong asset
