Join TELUS as a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist II | Security Sales Representative with proven offensive security and InfoSec sales experience. You'll drive revenue growth through B2B cybersecurity sales, selling penetration testing services, red team assessments, and vulnerability testing to decision-makers across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts throughout Canada.

At TELUS, our offensive security and penetration testing services are experiencing rapid growth, and we need a proven sales professional with technical cybersecurity knowledge to drive revenue expansion across our client base.


What you’ll do


As a revenue-driving sales professional, you'll own the complete sales process from prospecting to close. Your primary focus is growing our offensive security business through strategic selling, relationship development, and consistent quota achievement. Your technical cybersecurity knowledge will differentiate you from competitors and build credibility with clients.


Here's how you'll drive results:

  • Generate and close new business across all market segments, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and strategic account development
  • Develop long-term client relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, IT Directors, Risk Officers, procurement teams)
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope engagements and develop winning proposals, while maintaining ownership of the sales process
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Maintain disciplined Salesforce CRM hygiene ( SFDC) with accurate forecasting, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting

What you bring to the table

 

Sales Excellence:

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales success with consistent quota achievement in cybersecurity or penetration testing sales, particularly in offensive security (Red teaming  and vulnerability assessments)
  • Demonstrated track record selling complex, consultative solutions with deal sizes ranging from $15K to $100K
  • Experience managing full sales cycles across multiple account sizes and industries

 

Technical Cybersecurity Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST) and compliance requirements (SOC2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001)
  • Ability to engage credibly with technical stakeholders while focusing on business outcomes and ROI

 

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with both technical and executive audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce and/HubSpot preferred)
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingualism (English and French) an asset<
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or related field

Salary Range:  $89,000-$133,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  $60,000-110,000

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
