What you’ll do


As a Data Scientist, you will lead the systematic analysis and extraction of actionable insights from vast unstructured data to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with entrepreneurial colleagues to make data-driven decisions that drive revenue, reduce costs, and foster growth. We seek individuals with a history of impactful insights, resilience in high-pressure environments, and expertise in solving complex problems with rigor and structure.




What you bring


  • 5+ years of professional experience in evaluating and applying statistical and predictive models (i.e. SPSS) including constructing algorithms, regressions, and clustering. 
  • Advanced proficiency in database querying, data extraction frameworks, data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence and relational database design.
  • Fluent in programming languages: SQL, R, Python, Java, SASS.
  • Degree in mathematics and statistics, engineering, or computer science



Salary Range:  $102,000-$154,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
